hands-on skills to decrease their risk for potential back injury and
address current issues related to lower back and joint pain.

muscle groups, sample nutrition and exercise programs, the “why” of
calorie expenditure and how to make the numbers work for you. Learn
what your BMR is, Basal Metabolic Rate by doing the math. Learn
just how much water you need to drink depending on what you weigh.

This is a hands on/visual lecture where the group actually learns
equations to help them become fit.

on dealing with neck pain, back pain and the soreness that can occur
from sitting at your desk for too long. Demonstrations on
stretching exercises and massage therapy techniques to help you get
through the day without a headache!

Belt, will teach your associates the fundamentals of self defense.
Each associate will learn how to escape the grip of a stranger
through defensive movements.
Establishing a
Basic Exercise Program
Health benefits of exercise discussed. Participants will learn to
design a personal aerobic exercise program with the components of
intensity, duration, and frequency tailored to their individual
fitness level. Strength training basics including instruction on
two exercises for each of the nine major muscle groups also given.

A Certified Personal Trainer will perform an individual one hour
health and fitness consultation. Fitness and Wellness
recommendations will be mailed to each employee along with phone and
email support.
Nutrition
Consultation
A nutrition specialist will perform an individual one hour nutrition
consultation. Nutrition recommendations will be mailed to each
employee along with phone and email support.
Food Log
Accountability
A
fitness or nutrition expert will help you monitor your food intake
to achieve your fitness and nutritional goals. Onsite or via email
and phone, this service is flexible to meet the needs of the
individual.
